Toilet training can be a pivotal milestone in a child's life, marking a transition toward greater independence. While the journey may seem challenging at first, our team of qualified professionals at Quantum Behavioral Consulting LLC utilize the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to address your child's unique toilet training needs.
Our toilet training service can be utilized to address both your typically developing as well as neurodiverse child.
Our Expertise
Quantum Behavioral Consulting LLC has a history of over 1,000 successful toilet training cases! Only one case proved more difficult due to the child's special circumstances, but our expert team of BCBAs were able to assist and we were ultimately successful!
What does the process look like?
To begin the toilet training process, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct an initial interview with the family to evaluate what type of procedure may be appropriate for the child as well as to develop tailored toileting goals.
After developing a comprehensive and individualized plan, we will set up a time frame for a skilled behavior technician, who is trained in the methodologies, to come into the home to begin the service. The behavior technician will be supervised by the BCBA via in person, phone, and video.
When and where will toilet training occur?
Toilet training will occur in the child's home over the course of a weekend (Saturday and Sunday), for approximately 6-8 hours per day. This will be a one-time service and can be arranged to fit your family's needs.
How much does toilet training cost?
Toilet training is $2,500 for the weekend. Any carry over or continuation of the service will be an additional cost.
Payment must be made prior to date of service. We will accept payment plans via cash, check, or credit card. Following the service, you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement if applicable.
We ask that families please provide us with at least 24 hours advance notice of any cancellation. If the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a refund or make attempts to reschedule services to another weekend.
How will progress be monitored?
At the end of the weekend, our team will provide a progress update to the family, where we will review successful completion of the program, any continuation if applicable, and how the family can continue to support the child in the toilet training process.
Will the parent(s)/caregivers be involved in the process?
Yes! Parents/caregivers will participate in all sessions. Parents/caregivers will be trained by our team of professionals on the procedures and how to carry over the strategies following the weekend.
