The ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician position is a great way for recent graduates and current students to begin their careers, although anyone with relevant training, experience, or interest is encouraged to apply. If you enjoy working with children in a hands-on environment and helping children learn and grow, this position may be a good fit. We also offer the opportunity to earn your Registered Behavior Technician certification under the training and supervision of our Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) clinicians. Behavior Technicians provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for clients in the home setting under the guidance of a BCBA and help support our clients to lead more independent and fulfilling lives.

- ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians: part-time and full-time days and/or after school hours (multiple positions available with flexible hours). Highest need for part-time, after school hours.
- Current client availability in the Simsbury/Avon/Granby, CT area as well as the Greater Springfield, MA area, including Springfield, W. Springfield, Westfield, Agawam, and Chicopee.
